Bleecker is a private professional network for licensed real estate agents in New York. Membership is open to any licensed agent by application and is subject to verification of an active real estate license. By using Bleecker you confirm that you are a licensed real estate professional and that the information you provide is accurate.

Bleecker has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By creating an account and using Bleecker, you agree not to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others, and you agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other members.

Content that violates these standards is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any member who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Every member can flag objectionable content and block other members directly within the app. Reported content and blocked users are reviewed, and blocking a member immediately removes their content from your experience. We act on reports of objectionable content and abusive users, and may remove offending content and eject the responsible member.

Members are solely responsible for complying with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, fair housing requirements, and the rules of their brokerage and governing bodies. Do not post individual property street addresses in public inquiries; share specifics privately once connected.
